Orders are dispatched from our Adelaide Warehouse Monday – Friday weekly.
Orders placed after 10am AEST will be dispatched the following shipping day using Australia Post.
At this stage, we only ship within Australia.
Shipping Rates:
We offer Free Shipping Australia Wide for all orders over $100 AUD.
Australia Post Standard delivery is a flat rate of $10.00 AUD
Australia Post Express delivery is a flat rate of $15.00 AUD

The above delivery times are reflective of orders after being dispatched from our warehouse. This does not include packing and handling times while your order is being completed. After we have dispatched your order, you will receive a Shipping email from us which includes your parcel's tracking number.
Please note waiting times may be extended during promotional periods, public holidays, peak periods or extreme worldwide situations. We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disaster, strike, pandemics or transport complications etc.
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address and contact details. A current contact number, as well as any additional information such as ideal delivery times or safe leaving locations, should be provided in order to avoid multiple delivery attempts. Multiple delivery attempts or parcel re-direction may incur an additional fee which will be billed to you by the delivery service provider.
*We do NOT offer next day delivery. All orders are processed next day after an order is placed, and will then be packed and shipped as soon as possible. Please note choosing Express Shipping only guarantees your order will be sent Express with Star Track once your order has been dispatched.
We want you to absolutely adore your new pieces. If you would like to return or exchange your item/s we are happy to process a store credit or exchange for you.
Please ensure you meet the below criteria to be eligible to make a return:
• Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
• The returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in otherwise unused condition, with all original labels and tags attached.
• The returned items must not be earrings, sale and stock clearance items.
• The return form included in the original packaging must be completed and included in the return package.
Once you have deemed yourself eligible to return your item/s, please email us at with your name and order number in the subject.
The cost of return shipping costs for exchanges and other returns is at the customer’s expense, unless deemed faulty. We cannot be responsible for goods damaged in return transit. We recommend using a postage method which provides tracking or insurance for items in transit.
If the item/s returned does not meet our Return Policy it will be sent back to you, to the original shipping address from your order.
Returns will be issued for either a Store Credit or Exchange.
Under Australian Consumer Law we are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind or make the wrong selection. If an item fails to meet consumer guarantee, you have the right to ask for a repair, replacement or refund under the Australian Consumer Law. The remedy you're entitled to will depend on whether the issue is major or minor.
If your item is faulty, please email us directly for instructions on returning your faulty item/s.
Refunds will only be processed if the item has been deemed faulty.
Please note: any item purchased at an independent stockist cannot be returned to our online store. You will need to contact the original store from where the item was purchased.
