Shipping & Delivery

Who do you ship with?

Australia Post is our shipping partner for all parcels shipped within Australia.

Where do you ship to?

At this stage we only ship within Australia.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Please follow the below guides on delivery times:
Australia Post Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days
Australia Post Express Shipping: 1-3 business days

Please note that during busy times, you may experience a delay in receiving your order, we apologise in advance for any inconvenience.

Please check your tracking number which you will receive via email after we fulfill your order. If there are any further issues, please email us.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer next day delivery at this time, but we do focus on next day shipping, to ensure you receive your parcel as soon as possible.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer Free Shipping Australia Wide for all orders over $100 AUD.

Our Standard delivery is a flat rate of $10 AUD.
Our Express delivery is a flat rate of $15 AUD.

Can I track my order?

All orders will come with an Australia Post tracking number which will be emailed to you. Your parcel can also be tracked here.

Do you ship outside of Australia?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer international shipping at this stage.

How do you ship your products?

Our products are shipped using compostable packaging.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods online:

Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay
Alternatively you can pay via Paypal or Afterpay (coming soon).
We also accept gift cards purchased from our store as a form of payment.

Do you offer discounts?

You can sign up to our Mailing List to receive 10% off your first order!
Plus be the first to know about any new arrivals or promotions we might be having.

Gift Cards

Do you have Gift Cards?

We sure do! You can purchase a Gift Card that can be used at our online store here.

How long are Gift Cards valid for?

Our Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the listed date of issue.

Do I have to use my Gift Card in one transaction?

No, Gift Cards can be redeemed on our website as full or part payment.
If you use part of your Gift Card, the balance will update and you can use the remainder of your Gift Card for another purchase in the near future.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my item/s due to change of mind or incorrect sizing?

You may return your item/s for a store credit or size exchange provided all tags are still attached, the item is in an unworn condition, and you still have your order number.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items and earrings.

We can offer refunds on faulty items only.

Please read our full Returns Policy and once you have deemed yourself eligible to return your item/s, please email us with your name and order number in the subject.

My item is faulty, what happens now?

If your item is faulty, you may return it to us for a store credit or refund. Please email us with your name and order number in the subject.

How do you issue refunds?

We can issue a refund directly back into the same account you paid for your order with, alternatively you will be offered a store credit that you can use online.

When will you process my return?

Returns are processed within 5 business days after it has been received at our Head Office.

Technical Support

Can I change or cancel my order?

You may need to change your order due to the wrong address or ordering the wrong size.

Please email us immediately if you need to change or cancel your order and we’ll do the best we can to assist. Please be quick to let us know if there are any issues. There is no guarantee that we will catch the order in time before it leaves us.

What do I do if I haven’t received my order confirmation email?

Once you submit payment, you will receive an email to confirm your order. If you don’t receive this, be sure to check your junk or spam folder.

If you are still unable to locate your order confirmation email, please email us.

Fitting Guide

I need help with the sizing of a products, where do I find this information?

All our products have a size chart link under the product name on the product page. This link will indicate the measurements and fitting for our brand.

Each product page will also include the measurements of the garment, so you can check the length or width of a particular style.
