Shipping

All orders are shipped from our warehouse via Australia Post. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

During sales, promotional periods and other peak times, dispatch may take a little longer than usual.

Australian Orders

Shipping Rates

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $150 AUD

  • Standard Shipping: $10 AUD flat rate on orders under $150 AUD

  • Express Shipping: $15 AUD flat rate

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates and apply from the date your order is dispatched. They do not include order processing and packing time.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

New Zealand Orders

We currently ship internationally to New Zealand only. All New Zealand orders are sent via Australia Post.

Customs and Import Charges

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other charges that may apply when an order arrives in the destination country. These charges are not included in the order total.

Delivery Delays

Delivery may take longer during sales, promotional periods, public holidays and other peak times. Delays may also occur due to circumstances outside our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, industrial action, transport disruptions or other unforeseen events.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the delivery carrier or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Talisman is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout. Additional delivery attempts or parcel redirection may incur a fee charged by the delivery carrier.
